INVOLVEMENT/ROLES: Destinations Meeting Coordinator & Graphic Designer
On Sight is more than an online gaming community. It is a space where real connection grows beyond the screen.
When members expressed interest in meeting in person, I led the planning and execution of a multi state, cross border gathering in Atlanta, Georgia. Attendees traveled from California, Washington, Nebraska, Virginia, Georgia, and Canada, turning a shared idea into a thoughtfully structured, memorable experience.
From concept to execution, I managed end to end logistics including:
• Travel coordination across multiple states and international borders
• Lodging and accommodation planning
• Compliance with complex federal, state, and international COVID protocols
My goal was simple. Remove friction so people could focus on connection.
Beyond logistics, I curated an itinerary tailored to the group’s interests, balancing exploration with meaningful social time. I researched activity options, secured reservations, and structured a schedule that maximized enjoyment while minimizing travel fatigue.
To create a lasting symbol of the experience, I designed and produced custom community merchandise. A simple yet meaningful hoodie became a shared keepsake that strengthened the group’s identity and sense of belonging.
This gathering transformed virtual relationships into real world bonds. It also reflects how I approach experience design through strategic planning, thoughtful coordination, and a commitment to moments that feel both seamless and meaningful.
